Gluten-free BBQ Baked Chicken

Tonight my husband made BBQ Baked Chicken and he was so sweet to make it gluten-free for me!  It was tangy, delicious, and requires only two ingredients!






2 lbs. cut-up broiler-fryer chicken

1 cup Weber Buzzn Honey BBQ sauce (a gluten-free product)




1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


2. Cut and discard fat from chicken with kitchen scissors or knife. Rinse chicken under cold water, and pat dry with paper towels.


3. Place chicken in 8×8 glass casserole dish and pour 1 cup BBQ sauce on chicken, making sure chicken is fully covered.


4. Cover dish with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.


5. Uncover, spoon BBQ sauce over chicken to baste, adding additional BBQ sauce if needed.  Bake uncovered 30-40 additional minutes, or until juices run clear (depending on thickness of chicken).


Outcome: Tender, juicy, and delish!  Service with your favorite BBQ sides, such as potato salad or baked beans.
